   You choose your pricing options on two switches on the top (which dynamically alters the displayed prices).
   (I am actually displaying the opposite selection on the monthly/yearly, whoops).
   You click Purchase to be taken to the payment screen where you place your order.
   There is also a purchase button at the bottom of the list so that you do not have to scroll back up.
   Thinking of add the specific package tones as seen on prev design.
