Santa's Polar Express App: Part 1
After being overwhelmed by the number of gift requests this holiday season, Santa realized he needed help. With the population of children on the rise, he needed a way to modernize the process he’d been using for the past several decades! Since technology wasn’t his strong suit, he called up his friends over at TTT Studios. With the happiness of children all around the world at stake, TTT set out to create Santa’s Polar Express App; An app that would compile letters and wishlists from kids, and send the requests to the elves in the North Pole.
For Santa’s first discovery session at TTT, we went over the user personas. We sat down and fleshed out the two sides to his holiday gift app; (Order makers: kids, and Order takers: elves).
