Just another UI work in progress. The spinner will only appear while data is synching, now it's there all the time to demo the effect. Icons, branding, colors, etc, etc, etc... are not final. Full view attached.

Everyone: Dash is a bit tired, so excuse the hideous grammar errors in his comment ^
EDIT: So he fixed his grammar errors.
And also tell him how good this is so he feels just a bit better. (:
On a different note, good job, but I don't like the bevel around the icons in the footer.
That tiny hint of blue from the active words/numbers is really nice, man
really cool dude. Nice UX
Really love the blue glow from the indicator. Is the app name in the nav bar a requirement?
I dislike the logo at the top, could've been something way cooler. Also the styling with the compose and refresh could be better. But overall this is a very nice design piece with cool UX!
@Dash is a genius!
@DashI love every detail about it. I think is the perfect mix between simplicity and " skeuomorphism".
There is a lot to learn from you!!!
Reflected light on the bottom edge is killer! Nice work.
@Dash Very very awesome!
Very very slick! I wish the syncing indicator didn't slide up though, it kinda breaks the illusion of everything else and makes it feel like it just floats onto the design. Maybe an element that sticks there all the time and then lights up and animates when it syncs?
Very fucking awesome!
Rad. Can't wait to see more!
Dude. You. Work. is Incredible.
Can i ask what software you use to animate it?
@Dash - very slick yo. Although the Contacts icon looks too much like 'Notes' - perhaps adding a human silhouette would help?
