Highlights along the bottom of the title text are a bit strong, makes it slightly difficult to read. Would tone that back to match the button text.

As @Jarad mentioned that the inset shadow of the text in the title "Create New..." is too strong. Can be toned down a little in terms of transparency or hue to make it more subtle. Same for the 1 pixel inner shadow along the top edge.

Also you might want to highlight the primary CTA with a different color, probably Green or some other color used in your design. The other option is the let the "Save" be in a button and the "Cancel" be plain text.

Toned down highlight on the title text, per everyone's observation.
Tuhin must have been reading my mind on the buttons. The save button will get some color in the next iteration.
