   Loving the icons. The only thing I'm not sure about is the text-indent differentiating between each link. I understand it's because the icons are different sizes, but I'm not sure it looks quite right, to me anyway.

   this is very nice, love the tone on tone. I would try a option with the larger copy in a very light tone of the green, see what that looks like. Again - very nice!
