Feels a bit too formal, ya know? I love the illustration of the space needle - maybe that could be larger and break out of the top of the logo behind the banner?

Kinda reminds me of Sounders FC with the cresting, and Space Needle... without the text it could be an interesting secondary mark. If you decided to go that route, it might be best to have the Space Needle break the circular plane up top. I think a circular containing shape ties into the team's logo history better than a shield.

How are you not getting all these jobs for reals for reals?
I mean seriously. Your Jets, Pelicans, Browns, and now SuperSonics logos are incredibly better than the actual choices these teams are making.
