I had some time to kill today so I used it to make this litle widget and get some practice with paper textures. I think it turned out pretty good for 30mins worth of ps work :)
looks like a toilet roll receipt! Nice textures.
Thanks @Avinash Tripathi, as you'll see the texture is composed of two layers, you can adjust the opacity of theese to bring in more folds or grunge in the paper.
30 min? I love how you kill your time :)
Love it! Thanks for sharing mate! @Virgil Pana
Great. Nice work :)
I love the texture.
Why don't the tears match up?
good work, awesome ;)
coo ! L
Awesome work for 30 mins, really nice!
I like the idea, but my first thought was same as @Ryan Murphy - why don't the tears match up?
And this might be personal taste, but it seems to wrinkled as well for being a new receipt.
But I like the idea & nice job for 30min.
Nice work: 3 Issue
1. The bottom and top hole punches don't match. One's super small and the other is really big.
2. The texture doesn't really look like paper, its very grungy, too grungy for receipt paper.
3. The shadow on the bottom right wouldn't large and strong.
Clean stuff! love it!
Really cool ! Nice of you to share :)
Dig this, Thanks for sharing PSD @Virgil Pana :-)
The PSD is not of perfection based on my own opinions and thus is such a complete waste of your time and mine... How dare you post a resource for others to learn from. When I think of more mistakes to point out in your speed-art, I'll be sure to comment.
;) ^Sarcasm. Appreciate it. Thanks for sharing @Virgil Pana
