What's the hockey following like in the UK?

@Eric Stafford Not bad, it's more of a minority sport over here, what I mean by that is Football, Rugby, Cricket and athletics are the bigger sports which most kids will do, only some will find hockey.
There is a Elite League where we get some ex-NHL'ers and draft picks who never made it the NHL, Minors and europeans. From there the standard drops a bit to a English Premier League, a few imports in each team (there is a restriction on imports in this league) some who drop down from the Elite league but most teams are made up of english players. Then the level drops again to English National League where this is mostly english players, a few teams have the money to bring in imports but in Milton Keynes the ENL team is mostly Juniors who have progressed up from U19's. After that it's all rec teams.
Apart from the elite league there isn't really the money in the game and very few rinks with a lot of them quite old now and need renovating.
I don't play anymore due to injury but play floorball in which i may trial for the GB team in Feb.
