Personally, I'm not sure the "A City" wording is needed in the middle section. If you do decide to keep it, the upside down city should be removed. I see what you're going for, but to me, a logo should never have upside down lettering unless it's wrapped around a circle. The overall mark though, A+

I think the top black border should be as thick as it is in the sides, loving the buildings!
