May I ask why the overlay?
I love the scissor mark, looks cool... I wonder if one could "get it" if the heart shapes were integrated, with no gaps. I think it would look cleaner.
Also I think the "S" could move to the left maybe a pica or two.
Anyway, just thoughts!
