After the success of the flat style with my client's holiday work, I figured I should commit to expressing it in my portfolio. This illustration will end up on the "about" page of my site (instead of my ugly mug, haha). I know it's a bit cliche to do this whole "illustration of my tools" thing, but it conveys information and it's in a style that some clients have found appealing, so why not?
As for the tools illustrated so far:

A Field Notes notebook for sketching & writing stuff.
My iPhone (specifically with the Clear app).

I like it, love the details like having Clear on the phone and the charger cable, good style!
