It's been far too long since I've posted, but relocating to a different continent will do that :D
Anyways, thought it was about time I blew the dust off my design chops and put together an article layout for my personal site. At this point, I'm thinking I'll tailor the colour scheme to the article to add a little variety. Happy with the direction it's heading in so far, but as always, would love any feedback you have to throw my way :)

There's a strange line below the quote to the right. I think that's just the image, though. I really love the cleanliness and readability of this.
Also, where is this going to be hosted?
Won't change a thing. It's perfect!
Great seeing this and love the typography / layout. I just launched my own personal site so it's great seeing how others are approaching theirs.
Really like how you integrated the brown logo. Clever.
What fonts are you using in the alternative layout?
This looks great, Jesse. I really love the treatment on the header.
@Dorijan Covran Both versions use FF Kievit as (web)font. http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fontfont/kievit/
