Hey Guys, here's an iphone icon export template that I've done for personal use today and decided to share it with you.
v1.psd is the one on the screen, v2.psd has the icon on the dock.
USE: Straightforward, paste your iTunes icon(1024x1024px) into the smart object and it will update in the main screen, then load it up on your iPhone to see how the icon looks on the real device, or send it to your client. That's it.
Even better, place your iPhone icon (114x114 px) into the PSD and you see the actual icon there, not a distorted version of it. Because, that's the icon you will see on the device.
The smart object has 114x114 but for some reason Photoshop does not scales it preciselly, this happens every time you resize a smart object. So resizing the icon in Photoshop at 114x114 first and then placing it in the template instead of the smart object will result in better quality.

Thanks @Virgil - Do you get any distortion when scaling down from that large of a size? I run into this a bit with Flarups App Icon Template.

@Janik Baumgartner, that was my experience too.
