Love!!! I love fashion and clean style!
Hi Greg, thanks for following me recently!
Really nice, clean & crisp designs you create. I'm working on selling my new products via my own ecommerce website.
For now i'm going to be setting up my own site, what ecommerce/design my website do you recommend?
Hi @Dean Williams and thank you for your comment. Nice to have you here :)
Are you looking for an ecommerce software/platform for your own website?
There are plenty of good solutions to choose from and actually it depends on your requirements. In my opinion there is single best solution, just different choices that may work best in your business. For example if you need a small ecommerce site then there is no need to build a site using Magento because it requires high speed, dedicated server due to its architecture, etc. etc.
If you are looking for an open source solution then I would recommend Open Cart but it's a good solution only when you have a budget and you are ready to hire a designer and PHP programmer. Of course if you do not have a budget or you do not need a bespoke design you can still consider buying some ready templates eg. from themeforest.net
Some advantages of this platform are: large number of plugins, the architecture based on MVC, easy to manage administration panel, support many payment gateways.
Another good option might be a pre hosted solution like Shopify. You do not need to setup anything technical here just adding your products. You can use free/paid templates and of course hire a designer to create a custom theme ;)
We usually use our proprietary software and sometimes Open Cart when we have a more complex project.
Hope this helps!
Looking solid @Greg Dlubacz. Love the bottom clothing option boxes. Will the rollover be the circle sliding in with link option?
