I agree about the 4th icon. Maybe try it without the horns and have the skull line just stop inline, like the other 3? I think the eyes are a bit too wide set as well, they give me an alien-esque feeling.
And I know it's a small detail, but I love the way the skull top drops into the ear shape every so slightly. I would have had that line stop at the top of the ears, this is so much better.
