Ben, I'm digging that anchor design a lot. The busted look and the colors are fantastic as well.

I'm not quite sure how fare into this you've gone, but I might play a little more on the idea of sojourning and being restless. Anchors are a sign of planting down for a while and are often associated with being 'rooted'.

Lastly, if this is to be an icon, I may explore some simpler executions. There's a lot of copy and imagery in that icon that gets blurred together when standing farther away.

All in all, I think this is a great step in the right direction. The folks at Sojourn Houston are stellar, and I'm sure that you're going to give them something great.

@Zach McNair In-depth feedback on dribbble is a bit of a rarity so I really appreciate your input!

I see where you're coming from regarding the anchor. The idea with that wasn't so much to focus on the anchor itself and its meaning but the overall nautical theme and how that represents a journey. There will also be other nautical imagery besides the anchor, although, it will be a significant icon. The folks at Sojourn had a quote they based this off, where it compares life to a journey on a ship through the sea.

Regarding size, this is definitely not the icon and I have other versions which are a lot more simple and scalable. Alternative versions to come.

    Thanks for the feedback, again!
