Due to my limited time, I actually hardly watch demos these days but I think you should be able to find some through online community like cghub.com or even just google or search it on youtube/vimeo .. there should be tons available these days. Gnomon Workshop also have some great demo dvds to buy. Magazine like imaginefx might be good as a start too. Hope this helps. :)
