D2R (Logo)

D2R is an innovative indie game developer that specialises in games and apps for mobile devices. I was asked to design their logo and work on the design for a number of their games.

The concept of the logo derives from the initials within the name 'D2R'. The 'D' itself represents a mobile device, be it a smartphone or tablet, while the '2' and 'R' (here a lowercase 'r') create an abstract form that represents a number of on screen entities; a puzzle game, a race track, an effect or even a touch gesture.

This is one of a number of potential routes.
