Only concern I have is the sketched house icon might be confusing for users. I'd lean towards having text with icons needed for nav purposes since a sketched icon might not have the same understanding as a non-sketched one. Hope that makes sense :P

Looks nice. Any reason for the icons to be "sketched"? They look kind of "unfinished" this way.

I like the sketched look, it feels different, in a good way! I'm wondering what the watermark represents (I think I can see a watermark anyway)?

In terms of the icons, it was mainly for client branding so that It matched up with their sales site.
That 'watermark' is actually just a low opacity photograph of one of the clients brainstorming sessions that we're using as a background. :)
