I love it! Really good message bud... we should all make more things this year!
Clever! Nice work.
I first read this as "MAKE OR THINGS S YEAR", just from the way the eye naturally moves across the letters.
Needless to say, I was confused for a moment, until I looked at it again as an artist.
@Anton Peck Yep, it's intentional that the composition doesn't employ a conventional layout. If it were merely five words stacked on top of each other, it wouldn't be very remarkable or intriguing. I understood that it wouldn't be immediately readable, as the "click" moment when you comprehend the effect is what gives it appeal and was something I wanted to incorporate.
it was a smart idea to repeat the idea more subtly with the Make and more. Helps the Things and this feel more a bit more natural! Can't wait to see more stuff!
methisyear! (all caps) cool hidden-meaning :D
my new wallpaper! You're always pumping out something fresh, Sean. Keep it up!
And I think this will be my most productive year yet.
It's amazing how clear this reads! Awesome stuff
Very clever design and wonderful message. This would make a great t-shirt.
@John @Cole @Nick Thanks dudes!
@Brant Thank you sir.
@Alberto Glad to hear! Will do. =)
@Steve Awesome, Steve. I like the attitude. I'm aiming for the same!
@Erica I appreciate it!
You are just awesome @Sean McCabe Love all your sketches.
Solving the problem of space. Like it
My goal is actually making fewer things this year, and rather finessing the things I've already made, hopefully making them nicer that what they are. It seems in 2012 I had a new project idea every other day and not very many panned out to their fullest extent.
In 2013, I don't want to spread myself as thin.
