   Great work. Some minor thoughts: The Add + button is a tad bit close to the edge (left) and the notification for New Upload is also a bit close to the icon compared to the notification for the microphone. The icon in admin is off center which might be odd if the rest of them are centered. So maybe placing the notification outside like this http://cl.ly/Ltfv might work better?

   Edit: You know what, keeping it inside is probably better. But the icon should be centered IMO.
