This is my first ever attempt at an ambigram - I guess every lettering enthusiast should have a crack at it at some point in time. I've been doing a lot of fooling around with brush pens and lately chisel tipped felts over the break. This is a scanned version so nothing has been tidied up or fixed. You can see the tracing paper where I traced, then rotated the original on the attachment.

Hey Matt, it's been a while – great to catch up with your work (and damn, you've been busy!) This is fantastic, I was initially drawn to it purely for the style but it also works so well as an ambigram (which reminds me, I still have yet to try my first one.. right @Nikita?!) I also love what you've done with the 'o's! Great unique touch that complements the style of the 'F/d' beautifully.

@Claire Coullon - I missed this one! thanks again for stopping by. Yeah, I had always admired ambigrams but never thought about having a go until I was fooling around with this 'f' (originally in more of a lettering style) and then it just popped that I could have myself an ambigram here. Definitely made easy by the lack of letters and 'oo's. But none the less, I can tick that box off now.
