I love this illustration!! Can you explain me how did you make this noise effect/texture on the bag and on the floor? It would be very nice if you could tell me!!

@Romain I am glad you enjoy it. This was drawn in Illustrator and the texture was added in Photoshop. The texture effect was achieved through a lot of brush work.
