   Watching the mouse hover over the icon, I feel I would be unnerved to have the icon slide away from where my mouse is. Feels a bit like it's running away from me. Perhaps if you were to give that element a background colour as well, which contained the icon and text, it might make it feel less like the icon is fleeing my cursor.

   Otherwise, your layout and typography are great. I look forward to seeing this live.
