Depends on how you look at it really. I build these vet websites full time right now, like 3-4 a month normally. Some hospitals want more "stuff" on the homepage than we would like. So I end up compromising a lot. I would love to remove some things, but the trick here was finding a solution with all of these pieces placed within the first fold.
