Yeah, I agree. But its maybe too simple with no any bigger creative idea.
Wait for him to start bitching in 3... 2... 1...
Finally something on my Dribbble without 9829348 gradients, dropshadows and glows. Thank you. It's very very lovely!
But if everything's going to be flat, the slider should be as well.
Good stuff, been liking your shots lately.
Like this style,nicely done
cooooool one !
Clean and flat. I like it.
To my tast, the approve and edit icons are a bit too small though. Only a couple of px.
This looks amazing! Congrats!
I love this. So flat and simple. Well done!

The green and blue colors work really well together!
We're working on a new button style and would love to get your feedback on the colors =)

I’m an admirer of David Kim’s UI work, particularly of his Reader Elements.
So for practice I redesigned the entire shot from scratch. The source files were never released publicly, so what you see is a copy of the original created from simple visual observation.
I did make some slight adjustments (specifically with the buttons and icons) to better reflect my own personal aesthetic, but everything else is practically identical to the original.
You can find the icons used in this source file in my Simplicons 2.0 icon set.
