Looks pretty ok, but as mentioned lighten the color on the icons to make them more visible. Also some of your spacing is off, be sure to follow a grid during design process :)
Thanks @Nigel Evans :) I didn't used a grid because "following" word was slightly larger than his column and "tweets" had more space on the left & right side. I tryed to balance the overall look, that's why some of the spacing is off.
