   Love the texture and type.

   The shading doesn't feel right to me. Specifically the "sunken" portion which spans across another shadow. Feels strange.

   Also, the lightbulb icon may feel a little more balanced nudged a few px's to the left.

   Thanks for the feedback guys. It's the first rough pass on this idea. I think the shading and levels of inset would make a lot more sense if I could show you the full context, but I need to protect the client.

   So nice! My only feedback is also about the shading. I think what's throwing me is the dark grey inset has shading that implies looking at it directly from above down (distance = ~0), and the "ideas" area's inset has a further shadow distance, which implies viewing it from a lower angle, so the two together is a little jarring. It's it's nothing a little finesse couldn't fix, and fortunately that happens to be something you have a hell of a lot of of :)
