Going off of what Tiffany said, I think the bottom leg of the K needs to come out (to the right) a bit more—or the top leg needs to be on a sharper angle.
I agree with @Tiffany Wardle de Sousa that the width of the ‘K’ does need to be wider to equalize the colour across the characters. And speaking of the ‘K’ … @Kris Sowersby created a similar glyph (and uses it for his avatar) earlier this year.

I've updated the R's x-height and the overall kerning. Since I've redone the serifs a few million times, I also created a sans-serif version as well.
I'm having silly thoughts about doing out the rest of the alphabet...

Silly? How about awesome.

I don't think the K is wide enough to support the oddity of it.

@Tiffany Wardle de Sousa How wide you thinking? Like M wide?
@James Todd I was matching the angles of the M, but that is when I was being to scientific about things... and possibly before I widened the M.

The K is by far the most fun letter in the wordmark, but it feels too much like a funky VK ligature, I’m afraid. Not sure how to remedy it.

Minor updates on nearly all the letters and a complete rebuild of the K.
