I have been really enjoying exploring type this year. I thought I'd finally try taking paint brush to wood (as little gifts for family and friends), and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I stayed up way later than I should have, and I will likely do the same again until Christmas day comes :)
I would really appreciate if anyone has feedback, as this is my first time playing with 'sign writing', and I know I could use some hints.
Stay tuned for some more type shots as I pump some more of these out! Also, have a look at the @2x if you like.

The 'R' is a little bit awkward, but that ligature/swash on that G and S is super super nice.

@Glen - haha oh wow it's amazing how something can stand out when your attention is brought to it; I couldn't agree more about the 'r' - it probably should have been the curvy style, rather than the printed style. Thanks so much for the help man :) And yeah I was happy with that swash - it was actually an accident!

If the 'r' had the same flick as on the bottom of the 'h's leg, it'd of looked sweet as. Still love this though!
