I know this has nothing to do with you / your design but just maybe just give them a head's up "United By Fate" is a tagline for a huge brand called Globe. Not sure if Globe owns that mark though (hopefully not!) - http://www.globe.tv/us/

@Tyler W Funny enough, the guy behind UBF registered the trademark before Globe did their campaign. It seems Globe didn't check the market in the UK before releasing their campaign... :)
