After Effects scares me. Taking baby steps with this, but I will definitely give it a go.
@Glenn Thomas did a great gif for his website. I think he used after effects for it. Very smooth animation

@Jillian Adel This was just a GIF made in Photoshop, but you can animate with more control in After Effects.
