   @Jake Fleming the idea is that the G is taking on the shape of a doughnut.

   I might be wrong, but I feel like it would be easier to convey the doughnut shape with an uppercase 'G'. Nice concept.

   I think Zack has a valid point. Another suggestion would be to add teeth marks where the doughnut ends, and maybe a little frosting/sprinkles for color so it's not confused for a bagel.
