Played around with this guy a little over the weekend.
Broke it down to the basics, but as a result it's a bit more abstract... I still want to maintain a solid read on the 'MM', but I'm trying hard to iron out those last "spider'esque" hints that you get when you stare at the first version a little too long.

@Ivan - Totally missed that guy... Pretty darn close, but I also a touch more obviously than I'd think I'd like. Haven't run into something as close to the form factor form factor until this.
I'm designing this for just about the furthest thing from a commercial application, so there's unlikely any conflict of interest... That being said, I'm definitely after a unique solution for my purposes. Thanks for the heads up bud!
Michael, I like the slightly condensed version better, though some of the readability has been lost w/ the negative space happening at the same place as the letters' angles. So maybe like the first one, but with the sharper angles?
I'm assuming you've also seen the Maybach logo. Only reason why I'm mentioning it is due to the double M. Might be handy for some inspiration. But your concept is 100000x better than Maybach's.

I don't know why, but I see there people touching each other :)

I like them both, but the extra space in this mark makes it feel more refined and confident.

This looks great, but i would suggest to reduce the space between the M's a bit if you know what i mean.
