   I think the bottom strokes of the 'M' are too implied compared to the fully outlined 'C'. I personally like monograms that make me look a little so I might start by trying to take some of the outline off the 'C' to see if I could give it more visual unity with the 'M'

   I agree with Bill. The M is pretty heavily understated. Otherwise, really sharp.
