another possible direction.

I definitely prefer this one. I find it's clearer due to the contrast you've added.
You made it, @Mike :)
I really like the lamb and the lion's face. That lamb head/lion mouth transition is brilliant!
However, I didn't immediately register that it was a lion because the mane is an atypical shape, and it wouldn't be unusual to see that radiating pattern in a shield shape. Perhaps the addition of lion ears might help clear things up.
I like this A LOT.
Great new direction Mike, also feel the whole shape could be a bit more close to the other one, resembling more the lion's head that a shield shape;
I caught the lion right away.
this one definitely! i love it!
first was nicer, this is too obvious
oh this one is perfect!
I prefer the previous version. When I saw this it first looked like some sort of priest with a lion head, light radiating from his head, a weird sign on his chest, and his arms spread outwards.
Pretty random, I know. :')
This just keeps getting better.
Liking the inverted fill style a lot Mike. It doesn't quite have the same seamless back and forth shift between the figures, compared to the more geometric version, but the contrast is nice. Have you tried this general fill style, with the more geometric blocking / classic mane shape of the previous version?
First of all thanks everyone for the likes and feed back, really appreciate it.
@Steve Lowtwait See what your saying. place some ears in, it does help with this shield shape, but they do add details. Still looking into everything over all.@Florin Capota , @Jord Riekwel and @Michael Spitz I agree with you (and other here) that maybe the shape needs to work closer with the lion's mane shape clearer. This is a piece to a over all crest design, so I have been exploring the shield shpe to fit that overall look. But there are ways around that also, but I am more interested in getting the lion-lamb combo fined tuned at this point and all your feed back is getting me there with each style. So thanks.
Originally they wanted to go with something similar to my 7th Scroll design, but I am trying to stay away from that direction. But who knows. THANKS All.

one more style I'm exploring.
Just placed an attachment that I think helps the lamb play a better visual roll in the design.

This one is great!!
Yes fantastic my favourite artistic. Like politics methaphore.
Edit: My favorite part of this is the lion's mouth and chin that is also the lamb's forehead. Good stuff that.
This direction beats all for me.
This one is very nice, Mike
