   I really like the orange outline on white, I think that is the clearest, simplest solution; I don't think the orange on brown has enough contrast and the other one is too detailed.

   My only reservation with the orange on white option is that the title underneath is quite long; I think if you can resolve into something smaller then you'll have a nice, simple easily re-usable logo. Although you could always roll out a few different versions for different formats of course.
