That looks nice. The corner radii on the black roundrect are too low for the inner roundrect; has a bit of bulging at the corners.

I like the rounded bevel for the tab bar. Make sure you shape paths are on whole pixel points. I can see the top of the price button, and some of the horizontal stripes staring to soften. Also, from a dev standpoint, it might be tough to put the stripes on top of the text, like you have in the comp.

@Eddie, Thanks man, I agree about the whole pixel points, I was WAY too lazy with them. As far as dev goes, I'll probably just overlay a "ScanLines.png" or some such over the whole content area to achieve the effect.
