Progress on this has been slow to say the least. I still haven't figured out the background yet. I'm probably going to keep this a black and white lineart only and hopefully the next rebound of this will be the completed piece.
If anyone has any ideas on how I can tackle the reflection in the water without resorting to gaussian blurring the lines I'd love to hear it.
