The text needs to be darker in the text fields, it's hard to see the light grey on white. Also I wouldn't put login so small like that. I would say the big button should be for login, and the text at the bottom should be to sign up. Unless the user has already selected to sign up, in which case this way is good.

Love this, but even though this view appears after hitting the first 'Sign Up' button, I still feel like 'Log In' should be more prominent. It wouldn't hurt to move that entire line down by about 5px or so. I feel like hitting 'Sign Up' is too easy when they're so close.
