These login forms always bug the heck outta me.This is not a perfect world - people forget their passwords! Why do so many designers ignore this basic UX requirement that needs to be on everyone one of these?
You can't ignore it just because you can't make it pretty!

Very clean. That password input field seems to have a slight gradient. Not sure if this was intentional but it looks strange to me. Maybe lighten it up a bit or remove it... doesn't feel natural to have the form bow in the middle of the input fields like that.
