Working on another new design "project unknown" as I do not have a name yet - spent most of the afternoon playing around trying to get a more unique look and feel to the pagination arrows (active / non active states shown) - tried all the usuals, square, round, thin, fat you name it about 20 different ones and decided on this set as it also looked the best on a variety of light and dark colors.

Those arrows look fairly small assuming this is real pixels? Only a 20px hit area.

they are actually twice the size of a normal arrow and it's not just the arrow that is the "hotspot" but the enclosing image around the shape also.
You may want to click the @2x to see the real pixels also ;)
