   I would questions the weight of the arrow. The tail doesn't seem consistent all the way around. Unless it has a specific purpose that I don't know about.

   So, I have a concept here that I think is solid, but I'm afraid I lack the animation knowledge to pull it off properly. This shot here is all Photoshop frame animation, because that's pretty much all I know how to do...

   Any animators out there have any tips for a better way to go from the beginning icon to the second? Perhaps about 100 times more smoothly? :)
