Guys, after seeing the feedback I got last week with the timeline I managed to convince the clinet to take this for another set of revisions and made quite a few changes and most importantly I got rid of that freaky paper clip :))
I'm sorry man, in general I think you do great work but all I see is path right now. I understand that 1. you're restricted to the requests of your clients to an extent, and 2. Given a specific direction certain solutions are necessary even if they're not innovative. With that said there was plenty of room for exploration and change that it seems you just did not choose to take.
1) Your layout doesn't look like Path, but your new post button is a little "over-inspired." While it may become an iOS convention, it's not there yet, and you'd need to differentiate yours visually a little more if you're going to borrow that functionality concept.
2) Your margins feel a little awkward. It's not necessary to always have the same margins/padding everywhere but in this, I'd retry on a couple of them: around the main avatar, around the main post, in the comment and decline buttons (I'd also make these a little taller to be easy to tap).
3) You've also go a 2-3px gray stroke around your photo post instead of the drop shadow. In my opinion, having different levels of drop shadow (Your main post with the comments slide out drawer under it) is visually distracting.
This will sound harsh, but I think the timeline on the left is a waste of screen real estate. Unless there are many easily confused post types it doesn't provide any useful information (a photo post is easily distinguishable from a text post without an icon as a cue) in exchange for cramping the content.
(You may of course have a lot of these post types and the previews just don't show them.)
This is looking really nice! I would suggest making the '+' button non-flat as it doesn't mesh with the rest of the screen. Other than that, really solid stuff!

I'm loving your top bar buttons - 'nav' and 'settings'. Very sweet bud.

So slick! Personally I'd bump up the text size a bit, just from the preview it looks a little too small in proportion to the phone.
