   Not sure if you've seen it or not but the www.windows8handbook.com site has some good tips for designing Windows 8 apps. Things like the "view all" text/arrow don't need to be up on the header since users are supposed to be familiar with the Headers being navigable. But over all, this looks great! I just recently was on hand at the Facebook / Windows 8 Hackathon and this design would have killed it if you would have been able to get a dev to build it in 24hrs!
