Still playing around with the header, I want it to have a little opacity because there be a slider (where the beautiful green eyes are) and many images will be showing through.

I'm not a massive fan of the font, it just doesn't feel right. Can't put my finger on it.
Hey mate, really like the composition and the icons. Nice job :)
Like! I bet this menu would look gorgeous just with the icons.
@James ✌ perhaps removing the text as @Bruno Felicios uggested and on hover a tooltip with the text appears?
@Bruno Felicio It probably would look better, but from a UX point of view, backing the icons up with some form of navigation is a must, IMO.
font is not doing the justice to the eyes :)
This. is. nice. Maybe change that font color? I dunno. Need to see more perhaps :)
Nice work James, love the header bg. I agree with @Haziq Mir though, maybe change the font colour or size... Apart from that, it's hot:)
I Agree about the font choice, I'm sure it looks better when it's larger, but at that size it's not really working. I also think that it may be the colour, have you tried black with an opacity around 70%?
It also bugs me how the UI for the navigation area has depth, but the icons do not (but that's not a huge deal).
@Daryl Ginn I agree to some extent with the font choice, however I guarantee (note to everyone) it'll look so much better when coded. Lucida isn't very pretty, especially how Photoshop renders it.
I'm not really wanting a lot of depth and bevels etc everywhere. I've kept it to a minimum. The hover state makes the nav pop a bit more.
Thanks for all the feedback, appreciate it!! :-)
