   Nice. I see what @Alex Pankratov is saying. I'd like to see it with the right and bottom edges the same as the top and left. I think it will still work well and be more sharp.

   @Mark Law I'm finding it hard to see what you're talking about. There is a gradient on the ticket. Like I said, still messing with the dropshadows and opacity etc.

   Not bad effort, more could be added to make it a little less bland imo. Dropshadow does need fixing, or you could add a 1px border to the bottom of the shape.

   In other words the top edge is more sharp then the other edges. Maybe nock the drop shadow back a bit more.

    @James ✌ I think what is happening is that the bottom of the ticket is darker than the top and the edges blend in a little more with the drop shadow colour, creating a kind of blurry effect.

    Possibly one of the biggest pain in the ass things to deal with, had it today in work myself.
