I like it neutral, doesn't shout but the typographic hierarchy is enough to make it distinguishable.
Watch out for long item names... Don't force them to cut the titles if they're bigger than one line. :) Some products need more than 3 or 4 words to fully communicate what they are.
And kudos for not putting the text on top of the images. I find that a complete lack of respect for both the pics and the text. ;)
I'd keep the price as it is and then throw a colour at it, if the item has a discount. I would be a little concerned about three-digit prices though, but I'm guessing you have that covered already.
There's a little spacing here and there, but it's a WIP, so..
