Because @Drew Smith's shot is really beautiful, I decided to rebound it and approach it with my own redesign of Twitter's outdated Mac App.
What I propose: if you hover over the titlebar, those nav icons would fade into view. Hover out, and it'll disappear— to be replaced by a centered "Timeline" title.
Decided to take out the cruft as well. Most of the time, I don't really need the time a Tweet was posted. However a context menu should tell a Tweet's details.
