Why don't you write in 1st person? Just wondering. I find it very awkward to talk in 3d person about myself, haha.

Super awkward! Talking in 3rd person isn't my natural inclination. This was for something specific though. If this was going on my LinkedIn or inside my resume I'd talk in first person.
